“Great location if going to Alexandra Palace! - I have just stayed at this hotel and had a nice stay. We were going to a concert at Alexandra Palace and the hotel was a pleasant stroll from here. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. There are lots of shops, bars and places to eat nearby and the area is lovely.” - TanR
“Thoroughly recommend  - The hotel is excellent value for money. It is situated in the heart of Muswell Hill. The gentleman on reception was friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean. There was a double bed and two singles. An iron and ironing board, hairdryer, kettle, fridge, flat screen TV and air conditioning unit. The bathroom consisted of a corner shower, toilet and sink. There was an abundance of choice for breakfast, cereals, scrambled eggs, toast, sausages extra. They also cater for vegetarian's, vegan and guests with allergies.” - Mariannerolfe
“The Roseview Hotel is in a convenient location, has comfy beds and I found the staff to be very friendly.” - Ben M
"We stayed for one night for a visit to Ally Pally which is only 10 minutes walk away. The room was spacious and clean and had everything needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. A good selection for breakfast " - Robert G
“Lovely weekend getaway - Can't fault this hotel, clean, close to shops, food places and a bank, 10 min walk from Ally Pally, steep hill if you decide to walk to Ally from here not for the unfit.” - Mum2ethan
“Very comfortable - Stayed overnight for a concert at Alexandra Palace - very convenient. Helpful staff. Bed was excellent - extremely comfortable.” - A verified
“Loved our Getaway Weekend - For a family of 4 (two adults and two teenagers), the Roseview was great! The hotel staff were all very accommodating and exceptionally nice. Our room was clean, the breakfast was fantastic (my boys loved the carb fill up each morning with croissants and muffins). My daughter and I are gluten free and were able to have a hot breakfast each day--this is rare for hotels to have gf options available. We took the bus just around the corner and the tube (about 1 mile west) when we went into London. Muswell Hill is a great little area filled with boutiques, thrift stores, bakeries, convenience marts (to get your oyster card for the tube and buses), banks, and a Starbucks :) It was our first visit to London and we couldn't see spending the "downtown prices" just to sleep. We totally loved being in an area that is a bit removed from "tourist hot spots" where we could experience everyday life. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be back again when we visit London next time.” - Brittany from Suffolk
“Good budget hotel - I stayed here because it was within walking distance to Alexandra Palace. It was clean and the front desk were very helpful (and always there). There were a bunch of us that needed to get breakfast earlier than they typically start it (6 am vs 7:30) and they accommodated the group and served us a cold breakfast. It was also quiet. The WIFI was great - best WIFI I've ever had in a hotel!” Randy - Switzerland
“Clean, comfy, great price! - Twelve ladies stayed here following a day out in London for my hen do. Easy booking and amazing value for money! We wanted a clean hotel, comfy bed, an option to have breakfast and reasonable price and this hotel ticked all the boxes! They also allowed us to check our bags in at least two hours prior to check in time to a safe room.” - Anna
“Easy travel to Central London - Great value for money as we were only sleeping and breakfasting in the hotel.  Some lovely restaurants within walking distance.” - Marion
“Excellent hotel in Muswell Hill - It was all excellent. The building is typical of London structural construction circa 1920's but it was nicely done. My room (206) was of enough size for 2, excellent shower cubicle, small wash basin but it served its purpose, kettle, coffee, tea, biscuits, iron, iron board, hair dryer, flat-screen TV with media player capabilities, etc, etc.” - Jimstar
“It is lovely villa - It is very nice and the double doors are excellent. One is not disturbed by noise from the corridor. The wi-fi is also excellent and is good to have parking. It is also hospitable that the breakfast is included.” - Andrea
“Peaceful hotel close to Ally Pally - Great location for Ally Pally. Very quiet hotel. Had a triple room which was spacious and clean and very comfortable beds. Reception staff very helpful . Breakfast was help yourself buffet which had a varied choice and was plentiful. Would stay again if attending another gig in the area.” - Sue
“Very good - I loved the location in Muswell Hill-close to lots of cafes and shops. Easy to get to tube on bus. Friendly staff, good value for money. Nice breakfast.” - Loiuse
“Exceptional - Staff were very informative, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful, buffet style. The accommodation was clean too” - Lindsey
